Cookie Policy
Effective 17 October 2026. Applies to all Vyntez products.
This Cookie Policy explains how Vyntez websites and web apps use cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and mobile SDKs. It is part of our Privacy Policy and follows the DPDP Act, 2023, the GDPR and the EU ePrivacy rules, the UK PECR, and the CCPA.
1. What cookies are
- Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local and session storage are similar browser features. Mobile apps use comparable on-device storage. They let a site remember you are signed in, keep your settings, and stay secure.
2. What we use today
- Strictly necessary (always on): sign-in and session tokens, security and fraud-prevention tokens, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choice. The Services do not work without these, so they do not need consent.
- Functional (on, and you can clear them): your language, theme, last-used filters, collapsed menus, unsent drafts and, in Vyntez People, your saved Vyntez AI chats, which stay in your own browser.
- Payments: when you pay, the payment page of Razorpay or Cashfree sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under their privacy policies.
- We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, pixels or SDKs on our sites or apps, and we do not sell or share data for targeted advertising.
3. If we add analytics or marketing cookies
- We will update this policy first and ask for your consent with a clear banner that lets you accept or refuse each category as easily. We will not set non-essential cookies before you agree, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- We will honour Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
4. How to control cookies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others all allow this). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and stop parts of the Services from working.
- On mobile, you can clear app data in your phone's settings, or sign out to remove session tokens.
5. Retention
- Session cookies end when you close the browser. Sign-in tokens last for the session length the product shows (for example up to 30 days with "keep me signed in") or until you sign out. Preference storage stays until you clear it.
